The applicant should be an Indian citizen minimum 18 years of age.

The applicant should read and understand the rules and regulations of the company.

The company have the sole discretion to accept/reject the application.

The company accepts only the Demand Draft drawn in favour of Fourx Dress Club . payable at Ernakulam as a systematic and transparent financial policy.

Duly filled registration form should be submitted to company office within 5 working days from the date of execution.

Once you become a distributor of the company the amount remitted will not be refundable at any cost.

The distributor of the company will not be an employee of the company.

The distributor is himself/herself responsible for entering the information correctly and properly. Any mistake in sponsor of placement information cannot be rectified once incentive statement have been processed.

The company may suspend or terminate any distributor for any violation of the companies rules and regulations.

The weekly closing will be on every Friday and the payout will be issued on next Wednesday.

No other MLM's should be promoted inside presentation or office premises by the distributors, if so, the company has the right to terminate his/her contract immediately.

Distributors are authorised to market only the product/services offered by the company.

On the death of any member due to any unexpected events or natural death, the right of the member will be passed on to the rightful nominee as per the law.

There will be deduction from every payout towards TDS, administration charge & Renewals.

The company reserves the right to make any changes in the content description, range and formulation of the product including any changes in the marketing system, compensation, plan, prices, policies and procedures from time to time.

The member should submit his/her PAN card number to the company.

Any dispute between the members and the company with respect to this agreement shall be subject to jurisdiction at Ernakulam.
